Our Policy

No shows

New guests who no show will not have the opportunity to reschedule.
Current guests who no show will be responsible for 50% of the next appointment booked. Once a second appointment is no-showed you will not be able to rebook another appointment.

Cancellations

Appointment confirmations will be sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy! If the appointment is cancelled a $25 rebooking fee will be required before booking your next appointment.
